Clear Falls posted their closest victory since September 6, 2024 on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the St. Stephen's Episcopal Spartans. The victory was familiar territory for the Knights, who have now won four matches in a row dating back to last season.

Clear Falls had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-16, 25-9.

Clear Falls found their leader in freshman Cabrina Vanderford, who had five digs and four aces.

Clear Falls was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in four consecutive games dating back to last season.
