Soccer Recap: Florence Comes Up Short

Florence managed to keep up with Jarrell until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Florence Buffaloes came up short against the Jarrell Cougars, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 back in January.

Florence's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Jarrell, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-6.

Coming up, Florence will venture away from home to take on Austin Achieve at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Jarrell, they will host Burnet at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
