After losing to Wyatt the last time they met, Paschal decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Panthers who were credited with the victory on Friday. The Paschal Panthers got it done in the shootout by posting seven goals to the Wyatt Chaparrals' six. The win made it back-to-back victories for Paschal.

Paschal's win bumped their record up to 7-3-1. As for Wyatt, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 8-4-1 record.
