Baseball Recap: Maplewood Tigers vs. Cochranton Cardinals

Maplewood put the finishing touches on their fourth blowout victory of the season on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Cochranton Cardinals as the Maplewood Tigers made off with an 8-1 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Maplewood.

Elliot Beuchat was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Woge, who got on base in two of his four plate appearances with a stolen base and an RBI.

On Cochranton's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trent Hoban, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with a stolen base.
