Volleyball Recap: Notre Dame Academy Takes a Loss

Notre Dame Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kimberly Papermakers. If the Tritons were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Papermakers when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-13.

Hadley Stenavich paced Notre Dame Academy's offense, picking up three kills. Stenavich got some help from Kailyn Kline and her three assists. Chayse Penzenstadler controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Notre Dame Academy's loss dropped their record down to 10-20. As for Kimberly, they pushed their record up to 24-12 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coincidentally, Notre Dame Academy and Kimberly will both be playing Sun Prairie West the next time they take the court. The Tritons will head out to face the Wolves at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Papermakers will play them later in the day, at 10:30 a.m.
