Baseball Game Preview: Bandys Trojans vs. West Lincoln Rebels

Bandys has gone 9-1 against West Lincoln recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Bandys will welcome West Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Tuesday.

Bandys is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 13-1 margin over West Caldwell on Friday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Trojans needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

Bandys let Mikey Miley and Easton Ledford run wild. Miley scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-2, while Ledford scored two runs while going 1-for-2. What's more, Ledford posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Dominic Robinson, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

West Lincoln's win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Bandys, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-6 record this season.
