Basketball Recap: Ogilvie Triumphs

On Friday, the Ogilvie Lions didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against the Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Thunder, but they still walked away with a 66-61 victory.

The win got Ogilvie back to even at 6-6. As for Long Prairie-Grey Eagle, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

Ogilvie will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Aitkin at 5:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. After both having extra time off, Long Prairie-Grey Eagle and Pine River-Backus will shake off the cobwebs and face off against one another at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
