Softball Game Preview: Crockett Bulldogs vs. Trinity Tigers

For the second straight game, Crockett will face off against Trinity. The Bulldogs will be playing at home against the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Crockett is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.4 runs per game this season.

Crockett is headed into Thursday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Tuesday. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-3 heartbreaker at the hands of Trinity.

Yahira Aguilar was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was Marissa Allison, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

The victory snapped Trinity's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 6-12 record. As for Crockett, their loss dropped their record down to 9-9.
