Meanwhile, Libby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were outmatched by Bigfork at home and fell 41-9. While losing is never fun, the Loggers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana football rankings (they are ranked 46th, while the Vikings & Valkyries are ranked eighth).
The win got Corvallis back to even at 2-2. As for Libby, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
