Basketball Recap: Navajo Makes It Nine in a Row on the Road

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Navajo). They were the clear victor by a 57-36 margin over the Snyder Cyclones on Tuesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Indians considering their 25-point performance the match before.

Navajo pushed their record up to 4-2 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points per game. As for Snyder, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Navajo will square off against Santa Fe South Pathways Middle College at 1:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Snyder, they will take on Geronimo at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Geronimo will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Snyder surely won't give up without a fight.
