Basketball Recap: Mccallie Has No Trouble Against Rockvale + How To Watch

While McCallie didn't have the best season last year (they finished 13-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They strolled past Rockvale with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 68-53.

Several Rockvale players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jayden Evans, who posted 14 points. Evans has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Kaleb Lewis, who scored 12 points.

McCallie's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Rockvale, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

McCallie didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 65-53 victory against Trinity on the 28th. As for Rockvale, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Lipscomb Academy at 7:30 p.m. on the 5th.
