 West Union can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent  match  on Friday. They never let the Ingomar Falcons onto the board and left with  a   13-0  win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as West Union also won the last time the pair played  back in May of 2023.
  Grant Martin made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run and  only two  hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Martin was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-4 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and a  double.
 In other batting news,  Jon Grey Morrisson was  incredible,  firing off two  home runs, six  RBI,  and three  runs while going 3-for-4.  Jaxon Herod was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-3.
 The  victory  made it two in a row for West Union and  bumps their season record up to 11-6. As for Ingomar, they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 7-11.
 West Union will be playing at home against Potts Camp at 2:00  p.m.  in their first game  on Saturday. West Union will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak  alive. As for Ingomar, they will head out on the road to  take on  Alcorn Central at 1:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Alcorn Central is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 7  runs per game  this season.
