Baseball Recap: Martinsville Takes a Loss

Martinsville lost against Oblong/Hutsonville/Palestine back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bluestreaks lost 21-3 to Oblong/Hutsonville/Palestine. The Bluestreaks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Martinsville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Oblong/Hutsonville/Palestine, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Martinsville will take on Schlarman at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Oblong/Hutsonville/Palestine, they will face off against Marshall at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
