Volleyball Recap: Sherwood Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Sherwood Christian Academy lost against Georgia Christian on Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Generals.

Sherwood Christian Academy has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 12 of their last 16 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season. As for Georgia Christian, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 18-2.

Coincidentally, Sherwood Christian Academy and Georgia Christian will both be playing Highland Christian Academy the next time they take the court. The Generals will head out to face the EAGLES at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
