Soccer Recap: James Monroe Comes Up Short

James Monroe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 8-0 to the Caroline Cavaliers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Caroline this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 last Thursday.

James Monroe's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Caroline, they picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 4-7-3.

James Monroe wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 12-0 defeat against Courtland on the 13th. As for Caroline, they will host Chancellor at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
