Harker Heights entered their tilt with Copperas Cove on Friday with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. They put the hurt on the Copperas Cove Bulldawgs with a sharp 61-40 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Knights have posted against the Bulldawgs since December 11, 2020.

Harker Heights pushed their record up to 24-9 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.2 points per game. As for Copperas Cove, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-22.
