Arlington is 6-1 against Cascade since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Arlington Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Cascade Bruins at 8:00 p.m. Arlington knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Cascade likes a good challenge.

Arlington will bounce into Friday's matchup after beating Jackson, who they had gone 0-3 against in their three prior meetings. Arlington snuck past Jackson with a 57-52 win on Tuesday. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 22nd, while the Timberwolves are ranked 172nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Cascade was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 61-59 heartbreaker at the hands of Stanwood.

Arlington pushed their record up to 8-3 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.3 points per game. As for Cascade, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.

Arlington strolled past Cascade in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a score of 80-62. Will Arlington repeat their success, or does Cascade have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
