Football Game Preview: LaGrange Grangers vs. Stephenson Jaguars + How To Watch

The LaGrange Grangers will challenge the Stephenson Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as LaGrange comes in on three and Stephenson on six.

LaGrange is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They blew past North Hall 52-28. The Grangers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Stephenson posted their closest win since August 30, 2024 on Friday. They had just enough and edged out Westside 37-35.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Anthony Booker and Jayden Johnson. Booker rushed for 191 yards while picking up 8.0 yards per carry while Johnson gained 196 total yards. Johnson is also crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 103 every time he's taken the field this season.

Stephenson was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 380 rushing yards. They rushed for 129 more rushing yards than Westside's also-impressive total of 251.

Stephenson's victory bumped their record up to 11-1. As for LaGrange, their win bumped their record up to 10-2.
