With a playoff game on the line, Pueblo West rose to the challenge on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 42-28 win over the Heritage Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cyclones.

Gavin Lockett was his usual excellent self, rushing for 292 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.4 yards per carry, and also throwing for 77 yards and a touchdown on only seven passes. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 105.9 rushing yards per game.
