Baldwin won the last time they faced Fernandina Beach and things went their way on Monday too. The Indians were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Pirates. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Baldwin was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-20, 25-19.

Grace Gottberg paced Baldwin's offense, picking up 14 kills. Gottberg got some help from Tynlee Jarrell and her 26 assists. Jarrell was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Fernandina Beach lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Claire Wilson, who had 12 digs and four aces.

Baldwin's victory bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Fernandina Beach, their record now sits at 5-9.
