Baseball Recap: Manor Comes Up Short

Manor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 10-0 to the Stony Point Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 on Tuesday.

Manor's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Stony Point, their victory ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-16-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Manor will square off against rival Vista Ridge at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Stony Point is set to face off against their familiar foe Hutto at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
