Soccer Recap: Blair Takes a Loss

Blair was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Temple City Rams. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 on January 10th.

Blair's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12-1. As for Temple City, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-6-2 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Blair has already played their next game (against San Marino), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Temple City will head out to take on South Pasadena at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. South Pasadena is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.
