Red Hook's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 38-0 victory over the Monticello Panthers. That 38 point margin sets a new team best for the Raiders this season.

Red Hook's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Monticello, their loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

Coming up, Red Hook will be playing at home against Liberty at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Raiders will be up against the Redhawks' rather soft defense (which has allowed 39 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Monticello, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Chester-Seward at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Hambletonians will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight.
