Recap: St. Joseph's Catholic Knights vs. Southside Christian Sabres
In what's become a running theme this season, the St. Joseph's Catholic Knights gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They breezed by Southside Christian on the road to the tune of 56-20. The victory was familiar territory for St. Joseph's Catholic who now have six in a row.
St. Joseph's Catholic was led to victory by Evie Adams and Adelia Stefanik. Adams scored 11 points along with three steals, while Stefanik scored 17 points along with five rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Stefanik has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Harper Greer, who scored six points.
St. Joseph's Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season. As for Southside Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 14-5.
