Softball Recap: Winchester Community Golden Falcons vs. Randolph Southern Rebels

Winchester Community scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Monday. They never let the Randolph Southern Rebels onto the board and left with a 20-0 victory. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Cassidi Ruble was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only one hit while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Ruble was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances.

In other batting news, Lizzie Frazier was incredible, going 5-for-5 with two stolen bases, five RBI, and three runs. Another player making a difference was Delaney Byrd, who scored two runs and stole four bases while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
