Softball Recap: Central Mountain Wildcats vs. Shikellamy Braves

Central Mountain had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They never let the Shikellamy Braves onto the board and left with an 8-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for Central Mountain, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Adalynn McKeague looked comfortable as she didn't allow a single earned run and only two hits over four innings pitched.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Madison Hardy, who went 3-for-4 with a home run, two runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Cora Myers, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and a double.
