Football Recap: Great Oak Takes a Loss

Great Oak's tournament run continued when they took on Kaiser on Saturday. The Wolfpack came up short against the Cats, falling 38-12. While losing is never fun, the Wolfpack can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 543rd, while the Cats are ranked 145th).

This is the second loss in a row for Great Oak and nudges their season record down to 2-7. As for Kaiser, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

Great Oak didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 26-6 win against Banning on the 20th. As for Kaiser, they have also already played their next game, a 38-6 victory against Rialto on the 20th.
