Softball Preview: Eisenhower Tigers vs. Hutchinson Salthawks
Eisenhower has been on the road for four straight, but on Monday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Hutchinson Salthawks at TBD on Monday. Eisenhower will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.
Last Friday, it was a hard-fought match, but Eisenhower had to settle for a 7-6 defeat against Valley Center.
Eisenhower saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Breckin Reicks, who scored two runs while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Kylie Hahn, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.
Meanwhile, Hutchinson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 15-5 to Maize.
