Baseball Recap: Seekonk Has No Trouble Against Old Rochester Regional

After only two runs in their last match, Seekonk made sure to put some runs up on the board against Old Rochester Regional on Wednesday. The Warriors put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 10-2 win. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by seven runs or more this season.

Austin Robinson was incredible, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Colin Lush, who went 2-for-5 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Seekonk was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .455. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Seekonk now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Old Rochester Regional, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-6.
