Volleyball Recap: Creekview Takes a Loss

Creekview and Thomas County Central squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Creekview had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Yellow Jackets. The Grizzlies just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

While Creekview ultimately came up short, they really made Thomas County Central work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 27-25, 25-20.

Creekview's defeat dropped their record down to 16-18. As for Thomas County Central, they pushed their record up to 27-3 with the victory, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season.

Creekview does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Thomas County Central, they will take on Northgate at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
