The Littleton Tigers will head out to face off against the Advanced Math & Science Academy Eagles at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

As a matter of fact, Littleton put up the most runs they have all season on Monday. Everything went their way against Oakmont Regional as they made off with a 16-3 victory. The Tigers not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 2, 2024 (when they won 22-8).

Tyana Killion made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. Killion was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in two of her five plate appearances with three runs and two RBI.

In other batting news, Kaitlyn St. Gelais was a standout: she went 4-for-5 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Violette MacNeil also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Littleton always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .537. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Meanwhile, Advanced Math & Science Academy never let their opponents score on Monday. They put the hurt on Westborough with a sharp 14-0 win. Considering the Eagles have won seven contests by more than nine runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Like Littleton, Advanced Math & Science Academy also got a great game from a two-way player: Ava McLeod. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 14 over seven innings pitched. McLeod has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-5 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Guilamina Yost, who went 1-for-4 with one home run. Madelyn Glynn was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

The victory made it two in a row for Advanced Math & Science Academy and bumps their season record up to 7-1.
