Softball Recap: Caldwell Comes Up Short

Caldwell lost against Nampa on April 3rd, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cougars took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Caldwell saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kloe Fogle, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Caldwell's loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Nampa, their record is now 15-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Caldwell is set to take on their familiar foe Skyview at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Nampa will square off against rival Middleton at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
