Winter Park entered their tilt with Lake Mary on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Lake Mary Rams.

Rihanna Kern was the driving force of Winter Park's attack as she scored both of Winter Park's goals, bringing her season total up to 13 goals.

Winter Park has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 38 goals over those eight matchups. As for Lake Mary, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-3-2.
