Basketball Recap: Selkirk Comes Up Short

Selkirk was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 59-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Inchelium Hornets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rangers of the 51-35 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Selkirk's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Inchelium, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Selkirk and Curlew will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Inchelium, they and Cusick will face off at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. One thing working in Cusick's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
