Mesa Verde has gone a perfect 3-0 against Burbank recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Mesa Verde Mavericks will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against the Burbank Titans at 3:30 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Mesa Verde is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Sacramento. Mesa Verde was the clear victors by an 11-2 margin over Sacramento on Friday.

The team relied heavily on Max Biondo, who scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Jonny Alger, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, after only one run in their last matchup, Burbank made sure to put some runs up on the board against Chavez on Saturday. Burbank put the hurt on Chavez with a sharp 10-3 victory. The contest marked Burbank's most dominant win of the season so far.
