Rector lost to Marmaduke back in December of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Rector Cougars were the clear victor by a 70-44 margin over the Marmaduke Greyhounds. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Rector has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.6 points per game. As for Marmaduke, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season.

Rector didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 71-38 loss against Riverside on the 14th. Marmaduke has also already played their next game (against Cross County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
