It was a good run, but Columbia unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They came up short against the Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles, falling 4-0. Considering the last time the Roughnecks couldn't score was back in January, the team can't take the result too hard.

Columbia's defeat dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Fort Bend Willowridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Columbia will challenge Almeta Crawford at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Fort Bend Willowridge, they will face off against La Marque at 5:30 p.m. on March 6th.
