Basketball Recap: Clarksburg Rockets vs. Middleton Tigers

Clarksburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They took a blow against the Middleton Tigers, falling 72-25. Leading Middleton to victory were Kemora Buggs and Harmony Bell. Buggs went 11 for 20 en route to 24 points along with seven rebounds and three steals, while Bell went 6 of 11 on her way to 16 points in addition to seven assists and six steals. Those 24 points gave Buggs a new career-high. Kenya Polk was another key player, putting up six points and seven boards.

Clarksburg's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Middleton, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-4.
