Edmondson-Westside put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They enjoyed a cozy 78-59 win over the Arundel Wildcats.

Defeat or not, Arundel got some senior leadership from Javeon Reed and Phoenix Eggleston. Reed went 6 of 12 on his way to 12 points in addition to seven steals and six assists, while Eggleston posted ten points along with seven blocks and five boards. The dominant performance gave Reed a new career-high in steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Ellis Johnson, who put up 11 points and seven rebounds.

Edmondson-Westside's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Arundel, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

Edmondson-Westside wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 63-53 win against Lake Taylor on the 27th. As for Arundel, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 47-43 victory against Frederick on the 27th.
