Yreka is a perfect 10-0 against Central Valley since October of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Miners will host the Falcons at 6:30 p.m. Yreka will be strutting in after a win while Central Valley will be coming in after a loss.

On Tuesday, Yreka made easy work of Lassen and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Yreka never let Lassen on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-23, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Central Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against University Prep, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-10, 25-13.

Yreka pushed their record up to 17-16 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Central Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 1-28.

Everything went Yreka's way against Central Valley in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as Yreka made off with a 3-0 victory. Do the Miners have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Falcons turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
