Basketball Recap: Nodaway Valley Takes a Loss

Nodaway Valley lost against Martensdale-St. Mary back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Nodaway Valley Wolverines took a 63-49 bruising from the Martensdale-St. Mary's Blue Devils.

Nodaway Valley's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Martensdale-St. Mary's, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

Nodaway Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 76-48 defeat against Earlham on the 1st. As for Martensdale-St. Mary's, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 45-35 victory against Panorama on the 3rd.
