Volleyball Recap: Elsinore Comes Up Short

Elsinore's tournament run continued when they took on North on Saturday. The Tigers fell 2-0 to the Saxons.

Elsinore's loss dropped their record down to 21-7. As for North, they have been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-9 record this season.

Elsinore and North should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. The Tigers will challenge Santa Rosa Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday with a big rank advantage (166 vs. 653). Meanwhile, North (ranked 77th) will meet Torrance (ranked 243rd) at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
