Hendersonville had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Beech on Thursday. The Commandos put the hurt on the Buccaneers with a sharp 3-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Commandos: when they faced off against the Buccaneers on September 2nd, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

Hendersonville walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-19, 25-21, 25-15.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hendersonville to victory, but perhaps none more so than Natalie Walker, who had 15 digs and three aces. That's the most aces Walker has posted over her last ten matches. The team also got some help courtesy of Cadence Hendrick, who had six digs and three aces.

Hendersonville pushed their record up to 15-15 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Beech, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 13 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season.

Hendersonville will be taking part in a tournament against Rural Retreat at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Beech, they will challenge Green Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
