Indian Creek is 1-7 against Triton Central since September of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Braves will head out on the road to square off against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Indian Creek is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 32.2 points per game this season.

On Friday, Indian Creek came up short against Tri-West Hendricks and fell 31-24. The Braves gained 103 more yards on the day, but it was the Bruins that made the best use of them.

The match pitted two dominant signal callers against one another in Evan Clark and Jack Sorgi. Sorgi had a solid game and threw for 215 yards and two TDs. Meanwhile, Clark was balling out in the loss, throwing for 318 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.6 yards per attempt, and also rushing for 34 yards.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Friday. Triton Central took a 21-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lebanon. The game was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Triton Central couldn't quite close it out.

Having lost for the first time this season, Triton Central fell to 5-1. As for Indian Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.

Things could have been worse for Indian Creek, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 49-35 loss to Triton Central when the teams last played back in September of 2023. Thankfully for the Braves, Jace Stuckey (who rushed for 188 yards and three scores on only 15 carries, and also threw for 265 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 81.8% of his passes) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
