Bishop Garrigan had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They took their matchup on Wednesday with ease, bagging a 73-44 win over the St. Ansgar Saints. The Golden Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 18 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Bishop Garrigan has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-3 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.3 points. The defeat snapped St. Ansgar's winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 17-6 record.

Looking ahead, Bishop Garrigan will look to defend their home court on March 5th against Montezuma at 3:15 p.m. Montezuma will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Bishop Garrigan surely won't give up without a fight. St. Ansgar does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
