Basketball Recap: Manual Piles Up the Points Against Arvada

Manual's contest on Tuesday was close up to the half, which is when they kicked things up a notch. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 45-11 victory over the Arvada Bulldogs. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Thunderbolts have posted since January 23rd.

Dayjah Fox had an outrageously good game as she almost dropped a triple-double on 24 points, 19 boards, and nine blocks. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in steals (four). Another player making a difference was Jaci Collins-Falcon, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten steals.

The victory (which was Manual's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.3 points per game. As for Arvada, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
