The Northside Patriots will head out on the road to face off against the Jonesboro Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Northside is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.8 goals per game this season.

Last Tuesday, Northside got the win against Central by a conclusive 8-1. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Red Devils recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Northside's offense was hitting Central from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Heidi Swain led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Jonesboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 6-0 to Griffin.

Northside pushed their record up to 8-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those seven matchups. As for Jonesboro, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
