Volleyball Recap: Keke Tenas' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Two Eagle River over Noxon + How To Watch

Two Eagle River lost against Noxon back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Red Devils.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 21-25, 25-14, 25-19.

Two Eagle River's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Keke Tenas, who had four aces, three digs, and one block. With that strong performance, Tenas is now averaging an impressive 2.1 aces per game. Another player making a difference was Chardae Tenas, who had six digs and five aces.

Two Eagle River's loss dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Noxon, their victory ended a six-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-4.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Two Eagle River and Alberton will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on October 2. Noxon has already played their next matchup (against Superior), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
