Alamo Navajo won the last time they faced Hondo Valley and things went their way on Friday too. The Alamo Navajo Cougars blew past the Hondo Valley Eagles 73-35. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 26 points or more this season.

Alamo Navajo's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Scotty Guerro, who went 6 of 12 on his way to 15 points in addition to six boards and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Cobre Mexicano, who went 6 for 8 en route to 18 points.

Alamo Navajo smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive boards in nine consecutive matches.

Alamo Navajo is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.
