Berne Union had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Fisher Catholic Irish. With that win, the Rockets brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.

Berne Union's victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Fisher Catholic, they dropped their record down to 3-11 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
